Insurance Information

We accept several different health insurance plans at OMT Specialists and are out-of-network with others.

We understand that insurance can be perplexing and we will check your health benefits before you arrive as a courtesy to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.

Do you have any of the following insurance policies? Here are the plans in which we are in-network:

For those of you who have out-of-network benefits, our office will submit your insurance claims for you!

Our Germantown, MD physical therapy clinic also provides a private pay plan for patients who either do not have health insurance, do not have out-of-network benefits or have exhausted their benefits. OMT Specialists charges a self-pay fee of $200.00 per initial evaluation (1-hour visit) and $150.00 per follow-up (40min visit).

Maryland Office Package Information

➤ New Patient Initial Evaluation: $200

➤ Follow Up Appointments: $150

➤ 4-Session Mini Package: $570 (Save 5%) or 2 monthly payments of $300

➤ 7-Session Level 1 Package: $945 (Save 10%) or 2 monthly payments of $525

➤ 10-Session Level 2 Package: $1,275 (Save 15%) or 3 monthly payments of $500

FAQS

Q) Do the treatment packages expire

A) The treatment packages will NEVER expire. So, if you get a package of 7 sessions and only need 4, you can use the remaining 3 at any time.

Q) If I get a package of 10sessions, can my spouse/family use them as well?

A) YES! One of the major benefits of being out-of-network with insurance carriers is that we can do just this!
