Devina is a Physical Therapist who has practiced in the state of Maryland since early 2010. She graduated with honors with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences in 2009. Prior to graduate school, Devina graduated magna cum laude with a B.S in Biology from Clarion University of Pennsylvania (n.k.a. PennWest Clarion) in 2007.
During college, Devina was also an athlete, competing for the Clarion University Women’s soccer team from 2003-2007. She has a special interest in treating athletes (and former athletes) of all ages. She is passionate about helping people stay active and independent through every stage of life.

Devina is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT) for the use of dry needling, and also holds a Manual Therapy Certification (MTC). She is certified in the use of personalized blood flow restriction (PBFR) technology for rehabilitation and recovery. She has extensive training and experience in returning athletes to their sports safely after injury or surgery. She also believes in looking at “the bigger picture” to best assist in recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Devina enjoys sports of all kinds including hiking, biking, soccer, paddle boarding, and surfing. Most of all, she enjoys spending time playing board games and backyard sports with her children and husband.
