Dr. Garrett Naze

Physical Therapist, Headache & TMJ Specialist

Meet Dr. Garrett Naze—a Wisconsin native with a passion for helping people move and feel their best. With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Naze brings deep expertise and a patient-first mindset to every visit.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Marquette University, completed an Orthopedic Residency at UW-Health/Meriter Hospitals, and went on to finish a prestigious Manual Therapy Fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He’s board-certified in Orthopedics, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists, and a certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist—one of the few in the country with that distinction.

Dr. Naze also holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Kentucky, where he gained advanced training in treating jaw pain, headaches, and complex orofacial disorders at the UK Orofacial Pain Clinic.
What really sets Dr. Naze apart? His relentless curiosity and commitment to clinical excellence. Whether he’s diving into the latest research or refining his hands-on techniques, he’s always looking for new ways to deliver better outcomes for his patients.

Outside the clinic, he and his wife—along with their two dogs and cat—are settling into Maryland life and already exploring the state’s trails, including the Appalachian Trail.
